At BelleArtDecor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:
**Standard Returns:**
For standard items purchased from our collection, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
**Made-to-Order Creations:**
Products that are made-to-order or customized to your specifications are not eligible for returns unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Due to the personalized nature of these creations and the time and effort invested by our artisans, we are unable to accept returns for made-to-order items. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and reach out to our customer service team with any questions before placing your order.
**Initiating a Return:**
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@belleartdecor.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item and issue a return authorization number if applicable. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
**Refunds:**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refunds issued will exclude the original shipping costs.
**Exchanges:**
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
